Articulating and demonstrating your impact is core to being a social enterprise. Not only does it help you focus your activities but increasingly this is a requirement for funders and investors. In 2024 SENI developed a new tool kit to support social enterprises to measure their impact. You can take a look at the tool kit here
We are now looking for four social enterprises to test this with. This is bespoke 1-1 support for your organisation.

- Written summary of key insights, shared with your leadership team
- 1 Full-Day In-Person Workshop
- Interactive session to co-create a draft Theory of Change and impact metrics
- Venue and catering to be provided by your organisation
- Finalised Framework
- Refined impact measurement framework and tools for your context
- Online Handover Session
- Virtual walk-through of final tools and discussion on implementation
Application Criteria
- Be a registered or incorporated social enterprise
- Been trading for at least 2 years
- Have senior leadership buy-in to engage with the process
- Be willing to share relevant internal data and frameworks confidentially
