Who we are: CO3 is made up of the charity Chief Officers 3rd Sector and CO3 Enterprises, its trading subsidiary best known for its recruitment brand, Engage Executive Talent. That brand was launched in September 2019 and has rapidly become the number one provider of executive recruitment services to the non-profit sector in Northern Ireland.
What we do: Focusing on non-profit clients, we deliver high quality search and selection processes to recruit Chief Executives, senior managers, board members and interim executives. In addition we administer a panel of trusted consultants who have been trained and vetted to provide specialist consultancy that is affordable to the charity sector. We are also developing our analysis and research capabilities to better serve Northern Ireland’s third sector with the data and information it needs on jobs’ terms and conditions and salary and benefits benchmarking.
What we’re looking for: We’re looking for someone with a business head and a social heart who enjoys working across business development, marketing, digital engagement and operational support. You’ll be confident building relationships, creating engaging content, managing multiple priorities and helping deliver high-quality services to clients. Attitude, commitment and a willingness to learn will be valued just as highly as experience.
