Reminder: Expression of Interest for Armagh City Youth Hostel Lease Opportunity
Social Enterprise NI is excited to remind all social enterprises and charitable sectors of a unique property lease opportunity at the Armagh City Youth Hostel!
Located in the center of the historic town of Armagh, next to St Patrick’s Cathedral, this hostel offers a variety of amenities including a lounge area, café, kitchen, en suite rooms, free WiFi in public areas, laundry facilities, lockers, and free on-site parking. Its central location puts it within walking distance of the town’s attractions such as the Armagh Planetarium and County Museum, as well as numerous music and cultural festivals held throughout the year. Porta Down and the shores of Lough Neagh are just a 30-minute drive away, and the border with the Republic of Ireland is only 10 miles from the hostel.
Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from social enterprises with the relevant skills and experience to deliver valuable services. This opportunity aims to secure real positive social benefits through community use and wellbeing initiatives, as well as providing additional accommodation to support city events.
