Location: AMH Belfast
Salary: £23,171 – £25,393 pro-rata, per annum
Hours: 25 hours per week, across 4 days (including Fridays; remaining days to be agreed upon appointment)

About the Role
Action Mental Health (AMH) is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Administrative Support Officer to join their Belfast team. This role is crucial in supporting office administration, maintaining computerised records, producing monitoring reports, managing financial administration, and providing secretarial support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial and non-financial records
- Preparing and delivering reports using integrated office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and AMH Databases
- Ensuring efficient financial processing, including purchase/invoice systems, petty cash, and budget analysis
Essential Criteria:
- Maths & English GCSEs (Grades A*-C) or equivalent RQF Level 2 qualification
- RQF Level 2 in IT or willingness to achieve the qualification within two months of employment
- Relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email, databases, and computer literacy
- Experience in processing financial information and using customised databases
